HOW FIT & WELL NOW - Health and Fitness Evaluation
A Health and Fitness Evaluation is an important first step in starting a physical fitness and lifestyle enhancement program. This initial screening provides employees with important information on their current fitness and wellness status and helps provide motivation to get started or maintain a program. For those of you seriously thinking about starting a new exercise program, or for those of you who already train regularly, this is a fantastic way of establishing your current level of fitness. It involves the measurement of your blood pressure, weight, body fat, lung function, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular fitness. Results will then highlight any strengths and weaknesses allowing you to plan your training with a greater degree of accuracy.

FitCross - Personal Training Workout
This is a fun, personalized one-on-one workout, which will enable you to focus upon your fitness goals. A variety of training methods and equipment can be used to accommodate your needs, whether it be a workout in the gym or pool, a personalized running or biking session, a brisk fitness power walk in a local park or challenging near by hike! Book a single session for that initial kick-start, try training with a friend, or sign up for a series of workouts to keep that motivation going.
FitRX - Exercise Prescription
An exercise prescription is geared towards those who wish to incorporate exercise into their lifestyle through a personalized program. During this one-hour consultation, advice and suggestions on exercise programs will be given to ensure your time spent exercising is fun, safe and effective. In accordance with your own exercise requirements, a complete program will be constructed for you to take home and implement, whether it be in a pool, gym, outside or at home.

FITNOW. FITFOREVER! is an intense, twelve-week FitCross training program that is modeled after the Body - for - Life Program developed by Bill Phillips. This program begins with a Health & Fitness Evaluation, before & after pictures, measurements, and most importnatly, a goal setting workshop.

This start-up personal training package includes an a cu FIT & WELL Health and Fitness Evaluation, a customized home workout plan, and two sessions to show you how to implement your fitness program.
5 Session Package
This package is the same as the start-up personal training package, but it is highly recommended for anyone who is unaccustomed to physical activity or would benefit from a tailored fitness plan being demonstrated more thoroughly.
10 Session Package
The individual who needs an extra boost of motivation and/or would prefer one-on-one instruction with a personal trainer throughout the first few weeks of his or her new fitness program should purchase this discounted personal training package.
