At FitnessWork we believe strongly in what Thomas Jefferson, a visionary in his time, implied years ago about learning the principles of health, fitness, and overall holistic self care.
We feel there are four things that must take place before a personal health, fitness, and wellness program will endure the test of time, and they are:
- Coach clients to determine their "why" and motivation for entering into a program of change and help them tap and harness that desire and develop a self vision that will endure.

FitnessWork lives by knowing that focus is power! Because the more we focus on our "musts", the sooner we reach that must or goal! Focus is more valuable then any pill, powder or fad diets.

We provide sensible and practical strategies that will lead you to an enriched life of health and fitness. We go beyond diet and exercise plans and teach participants how to develop and immediately implement a personalized wellness process and the skills needed to help them reach their ultimate goal.
Our aim is to guide participants on their way to becoming better educated, knowledgeable and motivated to self-renew their current style of living. We want them to contemplate and then implement CHANGE ?change the way they view Heath, Wellness, Exercise and Nutrition.

The FitnessWorker process is based around subtle lifestyle choices and motivation; there are no serious withdrawal symptoms or unreasonable exercise expectations.
