FitWorker Lunch ~N~ Learn Series

FitWorker Lunch ~N~ Learn Series seminars are a good forum for introducing wellness education at work. These 30 – 60 minute seminars provide an employee with an opportunity to learn more about fitness, exercise, nutrition, personal health and allows them to assess the need for more comprehensive programs.

The series allows quick and friendly wellness messages with an interactive activity and handout. These brief meetings, which offer a unique opportunity for informal and fun education, can stand-alone or be used to promote an upcoming wellness program.
